Terms and Conditions

A. On-site service (Work done at the Customer's location)
1) Hourly rate is currently $75/hour. Any changes will be posted here or communicated when making an appointment.
2) Each job will have a minimum 1-hour charge.
3) A travel charge may apply depending how far the drive is to the customer's location. This charge will be credited if there is more than one chargable hour of service.
4) It may be necessary to take a computer back to the shop for fixing. This will be suggested if an hour or more has passed and there is still a lot left to do.
5) If this is necessary, I will most likely quote a flat rate depending on the problem and whether or not it is a rush job. In most cases the charge will be between $75 and $150.

B. In-Shop Service (Work done at the shop)
1) You can also call and have me pick up your computer(s), work on it at the shop, and deliver it back to you at a later date. Again this kind of work will most likely be a flat rate of between $75 and $150
